Refunds, returns, and exchanges are dealt with on an individual basis.

I do not accept refunds on digital items such as patterns or personalized or customized items. If you have received an item that was not s described when you ordered, please contact me within 24-48 hours of receiving the item so I can rectify it for you. This may be in the form of a refund or exchange.

Orders are shipped using the Jamaica Postal Service

Orders for delivery in Jamaica are shipped using the Post Office’s ZipMail Service. You will receive tracking information when your package has been mailed. These packages will be available for pickup at your nearest post office within one to three days after I have mailed them. Remember to take your ID when you go to collect your package.

International shipping is done through the Jamaican Post Office as well with the International Registered Mail service. Depending on your location, regular shipping may take 2-4 weeks for your package to be delivered to your address by your local mail provider.

Local shipping upgrades include Zipmail To-Door service. This means your packages will be delivered to your home. And you won’t need to go to the Post Office to collect your order. For some larger orders, you will also have the option of using Knutsford Express.

International shipping upgrades include DHL and FedEx delivery.
